A good betting week so far

Well it's been a good week which has seen a profit of £157.60 so far.

Majority of the bets this week have been laying the draw and over/under 2.5 goals in a whole variety of games including, U17 World Champs, EUFA Cup, Champions League and the Carling Cup.

I'm flying off tomorrow for a 2 week holiday in the states, hopefully Betfair Mobile works out there, not that there are many games i'll be betting on with the international break, i'll place my bets tonight for tomorrows Premiership games, Liverpool and Man Utd home wins could be a good acca bet at 1.44 on Betfair, easy money as they say!!

But other than those two games i'm not too sure, maybe i'll lay the draw in Bolton v Everton and Newcastle v Wigan, by the time I get to the states the games should be just kicking off!

Getting back on track!

Well the last few days have started to see a good profit, since saturday i've clawed back £120 with £75 of that coming last night.

I layed the draw in Southend v Watford and Luton v Sunderland, over 2.5 goals in Bristol Rovers v West Ham, unlucky for Keiron Dyer breaking his leg there, that kid never has much luck!

I had a few small bets on the correct score in the Liverpool v Toulouse game, on 0-0, 1-0, 2-0 & 3-0, I traded a bit on each as goals went in but ended up losing £11 after Dirk Kuyts last minute goal to make it 4-0.

The evening was finished off with a couple of bets on the Argentina games, laying the draw and over 2.5 goals in both games, Olimpo v Tigre finished 0-1 and San Lorenzo v Racing 4-3, Good Times!

Quite a few more games coming up today with the remainder of the Champions League Qualifiers and Carling Cup, so i'll be taking a better look at those games later

It's not going too well

I haven't been able to update this due to being so busy an will be going on holiday in a week for 2 weeks, but it's not been pretty, about £200 down, too many 0-0's going on! It's always good bet to not bet until a few games into the season I think.

OK since the last bet i've place quite a few, yesterday I lost quite a bit laying the draws in Nantes v Clemont and Stuttgart v Schalke, both games ended 2-2, so yesterday saw a loss of £93.60.

The Champions Youth Cup

A little bit of betting had to be had on the U19 Champions Youth Cup, it was in-play so thought why not, Bayern Munich beat PSV 1-0

Overnight results

Palmeiras v Internacional draw lay odds 3.70 for £10 - loss of £27.00

David Beckham made his MLS debut in that game coming on as a 72nd minute substitute, but the Galaxy lost 1-0

Internacional scored an 84th minute equaliser which is a bit frustrating, the game finished 1-1.

Only 1 day until the Premiership starts though, first game being Sunderland v Tottenham, I fancy over 2.5 goals in this game as the odds are 2.24, also a lay of the draw with the odds at 3.45, hopefully it'll be a good start!

Running Total

I have added a running total into the right hand menu now, this is so it's easier to keep account of what i'm making (or losing), the figure is taken from my betfair account which I will post screenshots of now and again. The figure starts from August 7th.

I placed a few overs bets whilst in Rotterdam but they didn't come in, anyway now the Scottish season has kicked off and the English domestic season is starting this weekend the £200 bank has gone in!

Amsterdam Tournament Outcome

Well it finished 2-0 to Ajax with both goals coming in the second half, I traded out of the 0-0 to get back the £15 placed on correct scores, plus an extra pound, then at 2-0 traded the 2-1 Ajax scoreline to make a profit of £8.

I traded out of the over 2.5 goals just to get the £20 back when the second goal went in.

So a profit of £8 in that game ;o)

Amsterdam Tournament

So I thought i'd have a few little bets on the games tonight, firstly £25 on over 2.5 goals in the Lazio v Arsenal game, the odds were 2.04, Arsenal won 2-1 so I came out with winnings of £26 less the commission.

I didn't bother trading out of the bet as it was an early enough goal and 1-1 at half time so I thought there would be at least 1 goal in the second half.

The next game is Ajax v Atletico Madrid, I will go with overs again on this game, £20 with odds of 2.0.

For fun and trading purposes i've also put £5 on each of these correct scores 0-0 (15.0), 2-1 (15.0) & 1-2 (10.5)
