Darlington v Leeds
Last night’s bets cancelled themselves out as the game finished 1-0.
Today’s bets are:
Darlington v Leeds, draw lay, £60 at odds of 3.65 (liability of £159)
Darlington v Leeds, over 2.5 goals, £30 at odds of 2.18 to win £35.40

Just the one game this evening QPR v Norwich, these games are normally full of goals so I will be laying the draw and backing over 2.5 goals.
Draw lay, £50 at odds of 3.65 (liability of £132.50)
backing over 2.5 goals, £50 at odds of 2.04 to win £52
Thankyou Santander!! another £50 added to the total making the profit £473 after 12 bets.
It’s quite good doing this paper betting, with real money I’d bet on every game/market available almost and lose sight of the whole point of how I made the £1600 before, which was just basically betting on laying draws and backing over 2.5 goals.
Chasing losses doesn’t help either, I think i’ll stick to the paper betting for now and start using real money once my mindset is right again!
The stats now stand at 9 winning bets out of 12, 75% strike rate!
Well the Arsenal result came in but not the Reading overs so they offset each other, Chelsea won so that adds another £273 to the profit which now stands at £423.
So far from 8 wins from 11 bets a strike rate of 73%
Next bet:
Santander vs Valladolid draw lay, £50 at odds of 3.5 (liability of £125)
Well Espanyol managed to win 2-1 away to Valencia, Valencia’s second defeat at home in a week after going 1-0 up.
The bank now stands at £850, a nice (fantasy) profit of £350 so far.
Now for Sundays bets, the early game is Arsenal v Sunderland, over 2.5 goals looks generous at 1.7 but I can’t see Sunderland scoring so makes it a tough choice, to lay the draw it’s at odds of 7, as I think Arsenal will win I am going to lay the draw for £50 at odds of 7 (liability of £310)
Reading v Derby over 2.5 goals, £50 at 1.95 to win £47.50
Chelsea to beat Bolton, £100 at odds of 1.73 to win £73
that’ll do for now until after the Arsenal result has come in
Unfortunately Bristol City v Sheff United finished 2-0, so a loss of £74 puts the bank down to £750.
There’s only one game in La Liga today so the next bet is to lay the draw for £100 in Valencia v Espanyol, odds of 3.90 (liability of £290)
I was tempted to back Valencia to win at odds around 1.74 and over 2.5 goals looks good at 2.10 but i’ll stick with just laying the draw.
So over 2.5 goals in Southampton v West Brom was easy and obvious, so 1.74 was a good price and Leicester did the business early on to win 2-0.
The bank now stands at £824, Betfair has been down so i’m going for over 2.5 goals in Bristol City v Sheffield United, £74 at odds of 2.48 to hopefully win £109.52
Well united obliged with the overs putting the bank now at £700
Next up is over 2.5 goals in Southampton v West Brom, £100 at odds of 1.74 to win £74
and a draw lay in Sheff Wed v Leicester, £50 at odds of 3.4 (liability of £120)
Thanks to 10 man Dortmund winning 2-1 the bank now stands at £620 after Accrington and Wrexham only managing a 1-1 draw.
Today’s first bet is:
Man Utd v Wigan over 2.5goals, £100 stake at odds of 1.80
The last 5 games between these teams have always been overs and United have struggled to score overs for a while so it’s about time they did.
A 2-0 win for 1860 Munich to get off to a good start puts the bank at £600.
Next bets are:
Accrington Stanley v Wrexham over 2.5 goals, £50 at odds of 1.90
Dortmund v Bochum draw lay at odds of 3.45 for £70 (liability of £171.50)
