I’ve put one bet on, outside of the £200 bank, and that’s £50 on Liverpool to win the premiership at odds of 7.6, they are now down to 7’s, this’ll be mainly because of the signings of Fernando Torres and Ryan Babel, I’m not sure Yossi Benayoun will have had a dramatic effect on the price tough ;o)

With the players Liverpool have signed this summer, incuding Lucas Leiva, I can see Liverpool giving it a good go this season, well here’s hoping anyway!

OK, first of all this blog is to keep a record of my football betting over the coming season, I don’t claim to be a ‘tipster’ I just happen to own the domain www.footballtipster.co.uk so am putting it to good use, I will be starting with a bank of £200 and see how I get on.

I started to be a bit more disciplined on my betting in March 2007, typically just as the football season was ending.

My main bets are laying the draw and correct scores and I will always trade out of a position for guaranteed profit as you never know what can happen
